We're a couple of sisters who grew up learning to love land from Dad. When he passed, it was the sale of his land that took care of our mom and us. Instead of paying taxes on dirt we couldn't use, we turned it into cash.

Mary and Ann Danielson are our names and we're a two-person operation. You'll deal directly with one of us sisters. You can trust Land Fam as a very small company to give you personal service and take care of all the details so you don't have to. Mary answers our phones and Ann replies to our emails and we're both happy to chat and see if we're the ones for you.
We work only in Tennessee.
We do direct deals without realtors.
